Maddi's GOLD Medal

Maddi earned a GOLD MEDAL on her floor routine at her gymnastics meet. I will put the video up on You Tube soon...We are very proud of her, her hard work and practice showed!!!

AWANA Grand Prix

Mic and Maddi did very well with their cars and the Grand Prix...Maddi finished 3rd and Mic finished 2nd. We are very proud of them!!!

Okuma and Pizza In The Sky Spring Break '09

We had a great weekend at Okuma, we rode the jet ski and played Yahtzee...Maddi was the first to get a Yahtzee, but by the time we left, we had all gotten one. We stopped at Pizza in the Sky on the way home, great view and good Pizza....

Michi and Musashi Update

Michi is growing warmer to Musashi, they are starting to get along. Musashi is up to 4.5lbs, probably a pound of hair. They did well this weekend as we went to Okuma and they stayed with our friends the Ellis'. We are getting ready to get Musashi a hear cut and will post a before and after pic, should be funny!

Leemon's Leave Oki

The Leemon's departed Okinawa to be with Family. We can not thank God enough for the time we had to spend with this awesome family. They will be missed, but as Mr. Jeff would say, the end is just the start of a new beginning." We will see you all soon....and our prayers are with you and your family!

Okinawa World

These are some pics from Okinawa World. The snakes in the picture are the Habu. They're really popular and common here on Okinawa. The other pictures are of the glass factory and the statue of the "Girl With the White Flag." The statue is of a little girl who lived during the Battle of Okinawa with her brother. You can click on the picture second to the top, which has a little summary about the little girl.

Maddi's Taiko

2008 Review Part III

Squadron Camp Out at White Beach, Maddi having a good time with friends. Thanksgiving at the Leemon's Thankyou Great Eats met Jeff's Mom and Dad! Jeff Jr's 18th Birthday, nice video! Jeff Sr's Mom and Dad prepare to "tac" on SMSgt Stripes CONGRATS!!! Mic and friends do the Wii Yoga Tree pose! Mic had a great year in volleyball. Her mom and I were very proud of the effort she put forward, but more happy with the fun she had! Overall 2008 was a great year we miss our family and friends in the states! We were blessed with the PCS of our friends the Leemons. Jeff and I went to Tech School 20yrs ago and have stayed in touch and this is the first time we have every been stationed together. They have a great family and it we have enjoyed the time getting to know each other, it is as if our families have known each other for years. We enjoyed Jennifer's Mom and Dad's visit and look forward to other family and friends visiting. Hope this finds everyone doing well and God Bless!!
